How can we help?

Find answers to common questions about Titan Financial Group.

Getting Started

How do I open an account?

Opening an account is entirely online and takes about 10 minutes. You'll need your business formation documents and basic information about your founders and significant owners.

How long does approval take?

Most accounts are reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days. In some cases, we may reach out for additional documentation.

What documents do I need?

Generally, we need your Articles of Incorporation/Organization, EIN confirmation letter from the IRS, and government-issued IDs for all owners with 25% or more stake.

Eligibility

Can I open an account if I'm not a US resident?

Titan is currently available to US-registered businesses (LLCs, C-Corps). Founders can be international residents, but the business entity must be formed in the US.

Which business types do you support?

We support LLCs, C-Corps, S-Corps, and Partnerships. We do not currently support Sole Proprietorships or certain high-risk industries like gambling or cannabis.

Security & Insurance

Is my money insured?

Yes. Funds are held by our partner banks, Members FDIC. Your deposits are eligible for pass-through FDIC insurance up to $250,000, or up to $5M through our Treasury sweep program.

How does Titan keep my data safe?

We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We are SOC2 Type II compliant and perform regular third-party security audits.

Pricing & Fees

Are there any monthly fees?

No. Titan Standard accounts have $0 monthly fees and no minimum balance requirements.

Do you charge for wires?

Domestic wires (incoming and outgoing) are free. International wires have a flat $20 fee, and we offer competitive mid-market FX rates.
